Everything was immaculate with the staff being very attentive and receptive. Rooms were big, well accommodated and the hydromassage bath was relaxing and worked perfectly. Amenities (bath salts, robes, natural soaps) are amazing. Very detailed staff. Restaurant and breakfast services were delicious and on-time.
I wish the dinner dishes (not sure about lunch) for the restaurant were more varied. I believe they were only three dishes. However, the beef, baked potato and veggies were delicious enough.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of town and on a hill, offering breathtaking views. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The amenities provided were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy sitting area and a patio where I could relax and enjoy the view. I was also impressed by the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. I was highly impressed by the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were good and the location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance. The room had a nice atmosphere with plenty of natural light.
The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was not properly fitted, causing it to be easily untucked and showing the mattress at the edges. the hassle of paying an extra 21% tax for international travelers added to the overall negative experience.

The hotel was conveniently situated near charming cafes and restaurants. It was just a short distance to the bus stop where we could catch a bus to the mountains. We enjoyed breakfast on the pleasant outdoor terrace and appreciated the staff's efficient and friendly service.
One of the rooms that was given to our friends was below our expectations.
